Through rigorous data collection, analysis, and stakeholder feedback, we assess program effectiveness, efficiency, and impact on children and families. Our evaluations provide valuable insights into program strengths and areas for improvement, empowering agencies and practitioners to enhance service delivery and achieve better outcomes for vulnerable children and families involved in the child welfare system.

Training and Curriculum Development

The Child Welfare Research and Training Alliance is committed to developing comprehensive training curricula tailored to the unique needs of child welfare professionals, resource families, kinship caregivers, and cross-system partners. Through collaboration with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and community members, we design curriculum that integrates evidence-based practices, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care principles. Our goal is to equip individuals across the child welfare system with the knowledge, skills, and resources necessary to provide high-quality care and support for children and families in their care.
